Terms of Service
Last updated: June 1, 2025 These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the entrelinks platform operated by entrelinks, Inc. (“entrelinks”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
entrelinks provides a platform that enables creators to accept payments from buyers directly through social media posts, list items in the entrelinks Marketplace, and send and receive payments to and from other platform users. The Service is subject to change at any time with reasonable notice.
2. Account Registration
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
- You must provide accurate and complete registration information
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You may not create accounts on behalf of others without their consent
3. Payments and Fees
- Payment processing fees apply to all transactions as described on our Pricing page
- entrelinks charges 0% platform commission on all plans — you pay processing fees only
- Subscription fees for Pro and Business plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as described in our refund policy
- entrelinks uses Stripe to process all payments — use of the Service constitutes acceptance of Stripe’s Terms of Service
4. Seller Responsibilities
- You are solely responsible for the products and services you sell through the platform
- All listings must accurately describe what buyers will receive
- You may not sell prohibited items including illegal goods, counterfeit products, or content that violates third-party rights
- You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your sales
- Disputes with buyers must be resolved in good faith
5. Marketplace Rules
- Listings must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy
- entrelinks reserves the right to remove listings that violate these Terms
- Manipulating reviews or ratings is prohibited and may result in account termination
- Spam or misleading promotional content is prohibited
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct that harms other users or the platform. You may close your account at any time from your account settings. Pending settlements will be processed according to normal timelines upon termination.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, entrelinks is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the greater of $100 or the fees you paid to entrelinks in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.
